Refund policy

Here at Etiquettemode, we pride ourselves on customer service and satisfaction. So if for some reason, you are not happy with your order, you can send it back for store credit within 30 days after receiving the item. The item/ items must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn, unused, with tags. If the returned items do not meet the above criteria, they will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@etiquettemode.com. If your return is accepted, you can mail back the items to the address emailed to you by your local post office.

 Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  Once we receive your item, you will receive an email with a store credit within 2-3 business days. 

Store credit never expires and can be used towards purchases of in-stock items only.  Please note that the store credit is for one-time use only and must be used in its entirety.

We recommend shipping your item(s) back with a tracking number -- that way. You will know whether your package has been received.

All Bralettes, Underwears, Bras, Bodysuits, Swimsuits, Accessories, and sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchange.

Are there any return fees?

Return shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer. 
If you receive the wrong item or a faulty product we will cover the return cost.

ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELED. YOU WILL RECEIVE A STORE CREDIT.

Please note Etiquettemode is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  We will do our best to help you locate your packages, but the customer is ultimately responsible for filing a claim with the shipping company.
